As part of our permanent quest to improve performance, Olinn is integrating a system for quality and environment management, that is both high-performance and effective. In 2018, Olinn obtained dual ISO 9001:2015 Quality and ISO 14001:2015 Environment certification.
This approach sees our group tackle all of the areas for possible improvement head on in order to provide optimum client satisfaction and exemplary management of the environmental impact of our activity.
We have chosen AFNOR as our certification authority because its established experience provides the highest standards for the continuous assessment of our system.
All of the employees, supervised by the management, work in unison and are committed to maintaining these standards of excellence, a symbol of our vision for the future and recognition of this desire for continuous improvement, both internally and externally, which we have had ever since the company was founded.
Olinn is one of two Microsoft authorised refurbishment centres in France. As a Microsoft Authorised Refurbisher, the IT equipment refurbished at Olinn is equipped with guaranteed and authentic pre-installed Microsoft software licences.

Olinn is a Blancco Gold Partner - Data erasure solution
When it comes to data erasure software we use the global benchmark BLANCCO, a reliable and effective solution for “a steadfast line of defence against leaks of sensitive data and verification of compliance with data confidentiality regulations”.
Ecologic is an eco-organisation authorised by the French government to organise collection, remediation and recovery of electronic waste in France.
Entrusted with a public interest mission, since 2006 Ecologic has been helping to develop a circular economy based on preventative actions and recycling of waste, together with all stakeholders.

Olinn is a signatory of the United Nations’ Global Compact regarding human rights, international labour standards, protection of the environment and combating corruption. We are committed to supporting the 10 principles of the Global Compact.
Olinn is committed to integrating them into its corporate strategy, culture and everyday operations. We participate in collaborative projects to develop the Millennium Development Goals.
Olinn is an Adapted Company, meaning we are committed to employing disabled people for at least 55% of our global workforce. The working environment and conditions as well as the tools provided are planned according to their needs and adapted for their disabilities.
